For a combined paper and online subscription to The MIT Press, send payment to:

Once The MIT Press has received payment, you will begin receiving the print journal, and you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the World Wide Web edition; the letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to The MIT Press Online:

A user name and password that you can easily remember

Your name, phone number, and email address

Your customer number (included with the letter)
